i've always wondered how do you do coloring like in the first image? like whats your mindset doing it? it looks really good!

I made that drawing a while back but if I remember correctly I initially coloured it in black & white and then applied my own gradient map to it with colours I thought looked right. then I just paint on top of that outcome manually adding come colour vibration, highlights, stuff like that. if you haven't used gradients before and u got CSP then I'd recommend downloading some gradient sets on the asset page and just messing around with it. it rly helps in understanding how to apply crazy colour variety without ruining the tonal values, like the first image. I also use gradient maps when I'm a lazy sod and don't want to spend brain power colouring backgrounds hehe. hopes this helps thanks!!

this is pretty cool! however i'd note that it would be better if you also made the flying shards of glass red and "low-poly-ed" the rest of the body like the hands and suit. superhot has a little "branding booklet" or something like that on their website that tells you how to make something SUPERHOT related true to the original. but otherwise pretty good!
